Refunds, Returns, And Exchange Policies and Procedures
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund/store credit /or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. Due to the current COVID-19 environment, all returned bottled items must be in new and unused condition, with original seals unbroken. Bottles and containers that have been opened and used for personal or commercial use are not eligible for returns due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Foggers, nebulizers, and handheld foggers must be returned in their original packaging with all attachments.

All returned items must be returned securely in its original packaging and mail your return items to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS / Exchanges
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds, once issued, may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Any damaged products, primarily foggers, and nebulizers, that have been dropped, mishandled, or misused causing them to a malfunction or stop functioning completely.
Special offer items that were provided as “free gifts” or “bonus products” and were not purchased specifically are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Items marked as “discontinued” are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
